The minimum requirements for obtaining a company management license are:

Mature company management experience

The minimum paid in capital is 25000 US dollars (25000 US dollars)

Physical presence in the British Virgin Islands.

The application fee is twohundred dollars (200 dollars).

Now it has been agreed that only under the following circumstances:

The relevant institutions have blue chip international status and reputation, and their presence in the jurisdiction will help to enhance the reputation of the British Virgin Islands as the place where international business is conducted; perhaps

Relevant institutions will provide additional services that are not currently provided in the jurisdiction;

Whether the company management license will be granted to companies other than companies with local ownership and physical presence in BVI. In both cases, the company is expected to establish its own physical presence and apply for a general trust license within two years after obtaining the company's management license. All other institutions must initially apply for a general trust license.

The holder of the general trust license is an entity that holds a valid general trust license under the banking and Trust Company Act 1990 and allows the holder to carry out trust business without restrictions. Trust business as defined in this Act means "(a) acting as a professional trustee, protector or manager of a trust or settlement, (b) managing or managing any trust or settlement, and (c) being administered by the Companies Act 1990.".

The authorized agent is the person appointed by the trust company as the intermediary between the license holder and the Commission.

The income of the trust is reported directly on the tax return of the current beneficiary. Because it is a grantor trust, which is a trust, the creator (or grantor) retains some interests in the income and funds in the trust. For tax purposes, it is not recognized as a separate taxable entity independent of the grantor. Therefore, it is "income tax neutral" for the grantor. Therefore, for tax purposes, it is equivalent to holding funds in your name. However, from the perspective of asset protection, there is a difference between retaining and not retaining your own money. It can also transfer real estate tax deduction and mortgage interest deduction to your personal tax return.
